The Lost City 3

This is the world of polar night. The buildings here are all floating on the water. The bottom of the building is accompanied by the melting of the glacier. Every year, the building is built upwards, and the mountain is gradually submerged under the sea. Some of these icicles surfaced, and some enveloping luminous aquatic organisms to form natural ice amber.
